- Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
- Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes
- Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful follow-through on deliverables
- Communicate and organize scheduling across teams
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
- Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
- Demonstrated successful follow-through on deliverables
- Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
