Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead day-to-day field operations for one or multiple construction projects
· Execute project scope, schedule, and plans in accordance with contract requirements
· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
· Manage project sequencing, logistics, and site productivity
· Track daily production, site costs, and schedule performance
· Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals
· Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and field documentation
· Conduct and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings
· Ensure all work complies with contract documents, quality standards, and engineering practices
· Enforce jobsite safety requirements and lead safety meetings, inspections, and audits
· Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standards
· Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
· Provide regular reporting on project status, progress, and risks
· Resolve field issues, conflicts, and constraints in real time
· Support project closeout, inspections, and final documentation Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
· Level of Experience Requirements: 5+ years of construction experience, including experience as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor
· Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or federal construction projects
· Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and concurrent projects or task orders
· Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
· Experience with scheduling, cost tracking, and project reporting
· OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
· U.S. Citizenship (if required by contract)
· Ability to obtain base access and/or security clearance as required
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
· Strong leadership and field decision-making capability
· Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software
· Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Preferred
· Federal / DoD construction experience
· Experience with RSMeans, Primavera, or similar project controls tools
· First Aid / CPR Certification
· EM 385-1-1 familiarity
· Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification
