Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working alongside experienced Project Executives, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Estimators.

You'll be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, owner communications, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Ground‑up commercial construction, healthcare, and industrial
• Commercial renovations
• Project values ranging from $3M–$40M

• Lead projects from award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards while achieving schedule and budget objectives.

• Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven success managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
