Clayton Homes -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain performance, quality, and safety standards on construction sites and manage customer satisfaction and cost variances;
Inspect key construction phases for quality and document defects, reporting results to the company;
Process purchase order approvals and manage variance POs to keep the project on budget;
Maintain and update construction schedules using the company's scheduling system and sequence activities;
Schedule trade contractors and material deliveries to ensure just-in-time availability and avoid dry runs
