This position will report to our office location in Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal)

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned.

• Office Clean-up
• Project site final cleaning. (Cleaning includes but is not limited to: construction material removal and organization, removal of construction material overspray/splash/slop, trash
  removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning)

• Installs/establish construction site infrastructure: set fire extinguishers, install site warning signs, set garbage cans, install Ram board.
• Occasionally repair/remediate architectural finishes adjacent to construction site entrances.
• Maintains job site cleanliness for multiple simultaneous projects.

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Able to physically lift objects greater than 60lbs
• US Citizenship/Naturalized citizen/Valid work visa
• Able to obtain access to USG military installation
• Able to complete OSHA 10

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co‑workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds.

If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to: hard hats, steel‑toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
