We are currently seeking General Laborers with construction experience for our Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations area, reporting to the Area Construction Manager & Construction Superintendent.

• Wages: $22.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
• Shift: Day Shift (weekend work may be required)
• Overtime: Available

• Assist operators and foremen in setting fine grade specifications
• Use sledgehammer to drive pins
• Use pick and shovel to dig, hook up trailers
• Fasten attachments to equipment
• Mix mortar, bolt, nail, align block under forms, measure distances from grade stakes, drive stakes, stretch tight line
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Other duties as assigned

• Dedicated to working safely at all times
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including prolonged exposure to high temperatures and humidity (8‑12 hours)
• Able to handle direct sunlight for extended periods
• Able to walk on uneven terrain, slopes, and loose material
• Perform manual labor and lifting
• Operate or work around heavy equipment
• Self‑motivated, able to perform duties without constant supervision
• Perform various duties, including site clean‑up, maintenance, operating equipment, and other assignments
• Learn quickly
• Willing to work weekends and overtime
