Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

I’m working with a fast-growing federal general contractor that is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for a PM who wants real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a clear path toward Project Executive / Operations leadership.

What you’ll own:

• Lead projects from award through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change orders
• Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans
• Manage owners, subcontractors, contracts, and procurement
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs
• Drive project safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction

Ideal background:

• 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience
• Experience with healthcare, mission-critical, or occupied facilities
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred
• Federal construction experience is a plus
