About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative based in the United States, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions or elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback to improve service quality.
