Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Huntsville, AL. The Project Architect will lead architectural projects from design development to completion, which includes developing designs, generating construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and conducting submittal reviews. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with codes and standards, managing project schedules, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative and functional solutions.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Licensed Architect in the US (Preferably Alabama)
- Commitment to high-quality design and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office are required. Skills in AutoCAD,Adobe Creative Suite, Part3, Monograph, Enscape, Sketch Up,etc. are also desirable.
- Ability to research and demonstrate strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and ADA requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to identify assignments for delegation and track team progress
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
