Vascular Surgery - Mather Hospital
Northwell Health in conjunction with Mather Hospital is seeking a full‑time Vascular Surgeon to join the faculty.
The ideal candidate would possess excellent clinical and technical skills and take a collaborative approach to patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled fellowship or integrated‑trained vascular surgeon, with strong leadership qualities.
ResponsibilitiesProvide in‑ and out‑patient care of a wide array of vascular surgery patients. Perform the full spectrum of elective and emergency vascular surgical procedures.
The faculty is staffed by PA’s and operates a dedicated outpatient‑based lab (OBL). Opportunities for expansion of vascular surgical services are exceptional. Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment and a passion for patient care are a must.
QualificationsBoard eligible or certified vascular surgeon.
Must be able to contribute to the development of a growing vascular practice.
Faculty appointment at Zucker School of Medicine will be provided.
Experience and technical proficiency in vascular surgery, and a collaborative approach to patient care are required.
