We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care (4–5 days/week) while serving as Medical Director. This role offers full clinical autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to assume ownership of an established practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outpatient internal medicine care, including preventive and chronic disease management
- Manage an established adult patient panel
- Establish clinical protocols, conduct chart reviews, and ensure quality standards
- Supervise NP/PA providers and oversee prescribing practices
- Lead quality initiatives, provider oversight, and clinical governance
- Support operational improvements, recruitment, and practice growth
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active Oregon license (or eligibility) and DEA registration
- 3–10+ years outpatient experience preferred
- Leadership mindset with supervisory or private practice experience preferred
