We are seeking an Engagement Coordinator who will provide direct communications support to our government customer. You will support an Army business and digital transformation by helping develop and execute communication plans that strengthen organizational alignment, enhance engagement, and support change initiatives. This ideal candidate is a self-starter, can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages and drive communication strategies that influence behavior and support business goals.

This role will engage heavily with stakeholders across the Army Aviation and Missile Command Center (AvMC) helping drive change management across the organization. Daily activities could include developing and executing communication strategies, design and implement stakeholder initiatives, lead communication efforts for organizational transformation, and working with team members on gathering requirements.

• Work with team members on gathering requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2 years of direct experience in communications or marketing
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
