Position Title:
Mississippi State University Full-Time – Spring 2026

Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is seeking talented entry-level college graduates to join our diverse team in Huntsville, AL. AMS provides engineering and scientific solutions ranging from air and missile defense technologies, command and control, radar systems, seekers, modeling & simulation, and prototype hardware development and testing. Our recruiting team will be on the Mississippi State University campus on 2/3/2026 at the Career Fair seeking graduates in the following areas.

• Radar Analysis/Simulation/Modeling
• Hardware/Software/Firmware Prototyping
• RF Datalinks
• Radar Integration
• Algorithm development
• HWIL support
• Field testing support

Location
:
Huntsville, AL. Position is full-time in the office.

Required Experience & Basic Qualifications

• Must be a Mississippi State University student or recent alumni (within 5 years).
• Working toward a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with a 3.5+ GPA. Candidate should upload a resume and unofficial transcripts.

Education & Experience

• Candidate must possess or be working toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited university.
• Graduating GPA of 3.5+

Travel

• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the year.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Security Requirements

• Citizenship: US only citizen.
• Clearance Level: Final Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
