• Provide programmatic leadership for a radio frequency (signals and communications) advanced technology program
• Advise the government on the limitations of RF systems based on design and environmental parameters
• Communicate technical material to leadership with concise clarity
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that contributes to a new paradigm of RF utilization

• An understanding of the synergy between RF emissions and Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Familiarity with DoD Acquisition and the DoD 5000 Series
• Bachelor s Degree
• A keen understanding of commercial and defense radar applications spanning all technologically relevant RF bands
• 20+ years of relevant career experience
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

• Military experience, particularly with fielded RF and EW systems
• Test Range experience
• Master s degree and/or past research in a related field
