i3 seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Scheduler to join our dynamic Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) team within CPE Aviation (formerly known as PEO Aviation). The Planner/Scheduler works closely with the
Functional Area
(FA) Team Leads and Assistant Program Manager’s (APM’s), Product Lead and Deputy Product Lead to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
- Prepare and monitor the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Schedule (IMS) to ensure that all activities, events, and milestones are logically linked and fully resourced, supported by variance analysis.
- Prepare consolidated technical inputs and prepare product office briefings for senior leadership.
- Interface with internal and external personnel regarding SUAS products.
- Assist in coordinating the stakeholder working groups for emerging SUAS requirements that impact the team’s schedule.
- Produce and brief task completion progress reports to the PM, PdM, internal team members, PM UAS leadership showing progress against the established IMS.
- Perform critical path and risk analyses on the integrated master schedule to determine schedule realism and schedule drivers.
- Coordinate and ensure management officials and team members are aware of all product activities.
- Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment.
- Lead the integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm, priorities, and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BS/BA degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- 5+ years experience working with MS Project and SharePoint in a technical discipline.
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word is required.
- Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Plans/Schedules in MS Project is required.
- Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
- Candidate must possess a proven ability to develop and provide reports to management.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain such is required.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.

- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m.
- 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion.…
