Job Description:

J12 is looking for a Radar Signal Processing Engineer to develop software for prototype radar systems. This highly technical candidate will be responsible for developing and maturing software codebases for signal processors, trackers, and simulations. This is an entry-level position.

• Develop real-time software using NVIDIA CUDA and C++ on a Linux platform.
• Familiarize yourself with the basics of signal processing and tracking algorithms through guided self-study.
• This role is primarily based at our company headquarters and may also involve work at a local partner or customer facility.
• Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or collaborative projects.

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field from an ABET-accredited university.
• Candidate must be a US-only Citizen.
• Must be resident of or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.

• Masters degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field from an ABET-accredited university.
• Experience developing and optimizing NVIDIA CUDA kernels and / or multi-core C++ software on Linux.
• Excellent organizational skills, diligence, and strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience working with GIT software configuration management software.
• Fluent in MATLAB, Python, or similar scientific-based programming languages.
• Possess (and be able to maintain) a Final TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance.
