ResponsibilitiesLead MBSE architecture efforts in DoD or IC environments. Develop and maintain system architecture across missile and DoD/C2 domains; integrate modeling, simulation, and analysis to support mission needs; mentor engineers and guide adoption of modern systems engineering practices.
Coordinate across multiple government agencies and locations; collaborate with senior government customers and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Qualifications- Experience leading MBSE architecture efforts in DoD or IC environments
- Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and DoDAF
- Experience with the Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment (ITASE)
- Ability to coordinate across multiple government agencies and locations
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor s degree and 12+ years of experience with systems engineering, Master s degree and 10+ years of experience with systems engineering, Doctorate degree and 8+ years of experience with systems engineering, or 16+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
- Experience supporting Ballistic Missile Defense, foreign threat systems, or C2 analysis
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architecture, Teamwork Cloud, RMSiS, Cameo Simulation Toolkit, Math Works, CATIA, Simulink, STK, Jira, Confluence, UAF, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with digital engineering governance and data compliance in the IC or DoD
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving adoption of modern systems engineering practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, including engaging with senior government customers and engineering teams

Full-time and part-time employees who work at least 20 hours a week are eligible for Booz Allen s benefit programs. The compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD).
