Position: Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer with Security Clearance
Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer Contingent upon prime contractor approval

Purpose:

* Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL.
* In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.

Job Description:

* Serve as architect for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office
* Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs
* Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo
* Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs
* Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools
* Define requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools

Qualifications:

* Must have a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects OR a Master's degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects

Experience with Cameo SysML
* Must have expert Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems.
* Must have the ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools.
* Must have experience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)). Desired

Qualifications:

* Familiarity with MDA programs and processes, preferred.
* Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons, preferred.
* Hands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NG, preferred.
* Exposure to MDA test events and activities, preferred. Security Requirements:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Must have an Active Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance. Travel Requirements:
* Minimal Travel; 10% or less
