Position: Integrated Master Scheduler with Security Clearance
DCS is seeking a cleared, mid-level Integrated Master Scheduler with strong Microsoft Project experience to support a fast-paced program office. In this role, you'll manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across product lines, including coordinating efforts related to designing, developing, and maintaining the schedules. Essential Job Functions:

Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules for multiple products. Performs program schedule analysis to include:
Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances. Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources. Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling.

Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software. Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have DoD Secret clearance. Expert knowledge in use of MS Project. Bachelor's and a minimum total of five (5) years' experience in the development and maintenance of Project or Program Schedules for complex engineering projects or using Microsoft Project Enterprise Server. Must possess all three of the following certifications:
Managing Program and Projects with Project Server Exam 74-344;
Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 Exam 74-343; and PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)
R credential Ideally the candidate has working knowledge of the DoD Acquisition System. Desired

Skills:

Ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and experience providing IMS for military programs.
