• Design, integrate and document Plant Process Computer Systems used in nuclear power plants.
• Design custom adapters, cabling and interfaces to transition existing plant equipment to new computer equipment.
• Assist with cabinet layout and design, incorporating power distribution, network distribution, network equipment, data acquisition equipment, and servers.
• Prepare documentation required by the customer to maintain the system after delivery.
• Design to requirements, build and test.

• Perform review of hardware design and system architecture, network layout, cabinet design, system cabling interface, custom panel and kit design, cabinet power design.
• Perform review of data acquisition designs including interface cabling and custom adapter designs.
• Learn and understand component selection to meet system needs and contract deliverables.
• Participate in setup, system modification, integration, testing, and delivery of projects.
• Understand and implement the quality standards applicable to nuclear safety systems.
• Willingness to travel and work with local customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of data acquisition hardware and software.
• Entry level knowledge of circuit designs to support custom cables and interfaces.
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems consisting of servers, workstations, controllers, I/O modules or boards.
• Experience with ACAD and 3D modeling.
• Drawing review experience.
• Experience with Cisco switches.
• Experience with RTP data acquisition systems or other.
• Experience with servers and workstations.

The base salary range for this position is $85,200 to $106,500 annually.
