Flight Engineering Senior Manager | Integrated Analysis

• Manages employees and mid‑level managers performing engineering and technical activities in flight engineering.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures, guiding business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve cross‑program objectives.
• Acquires resources, manages suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Builds relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Oversees and approves technical approaches, products and processes.
• Motivates employees and mid‑level managers and fosters professional development.
• Prioritizes career growth for employees, inspires an inclusive culture, manages psychological safety, and ensures open communication.

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Astrodynamics Engineering.
• Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Astrodynamics Engineering, or Engineering Management.
• Prior leadership experience (e.g., Technical Lead Engineer, LX).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building safe inclusive environments and mentoring teams.
• Ability to recruit high‑performance talent and develop leaders.

• Must be able to obtain NASA facility access.
• U.S. Person required.
• First shift.

Salary range: $178,500 - $241,500. Competitive base pay and variable compensation. Eligible employees may enroll in benefit plans including health insurance, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time‑off options, depending on location and eligibility.
