Integrated Product Team Lead

Role Type:

Travel: up to 25% of the time, including field testing and occasional trips typically lasting one or two weeks.
Security Clearance:
Active and transferable DoD Secret Clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
- Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC, including planning and execution for lab and field test execution.
- Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications/requirements.
- Conduct data collection activities, analyze data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
- Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, such as Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Support field testing and occasionally travel for durations typically one or two weeks.
- Support Proposal and EAC activities.
- Collaborate and communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates internally and externally to Raytheon.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in System Integration & Test.
- Experience developing test plans and procedures.
- Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
- Ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
- Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
- Experience evaluating requirements and with Verification and Validation methods.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year.
- Experience collaborating with program leadership and partner IPTs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to operate in high‑pressure, high‑profile environments with program leadership and external customers.
- Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
- Electrical Engineering experience or exposure.
- Background in Effectors & Systems of Systems.

CompensationSalary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD (good faith estimate, based on experience level).
