Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex electromechanical assembly production line, ensuring goals are met.
  • Report to Production Manager and collaborate with the Engineering transition team.
  • Work closely with management and cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, finance, security, and planning).
  • Lead problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards.
  • Support process improvements, production scheduling, sequencing, and innovation efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or Associate’s degree with 2 years equivalent experience OR 6-8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Quality management systems experience (AS9100 preferred).
  • IPC 610/J‑STD certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility including direct management of people.
  • Electronic experience, specifically in RF Applications.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with establishing scope of work and writing technical and non‑technical programmatic documentation, including but not limited to assembly procedures, drawing trees, and Bills of Materials.
  • A good balance between a resourceful team‑player and the ability to be extremely effective independently.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in early delivery and lower costs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capability.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
