About the NGI Program

The Role

We're looking for a Project Engineer Staff to support the management, planning, and execution of the Kill Vehicle  team  As the CAM, you'll lead the business operations within the team to ensure seamless execution of the cost/schedule/technical baseline

Responsibilities

- As a Control Account Manager  CAM , lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned program/control accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, schedule, and cost targets

- Manage the account's budget, forecast cost performance, and implement corrective actions to address variances and keep the program within approved financial limits

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities; maintain risk registers and ensure timely implementation of mitigation plans

- Prepare and present regular performance reports  e g , Earned Value Management, cost and schedule status  to stakeholders

- Manage the preparation, submission, and execution of baseline changes

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Previous experience as CAM or relative comparable experience

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Demonstrated experience leading a team

- Ability to support coordination between multiple teams and multiple locations

* - Experience working with integrated master schedules

- Experience directly supporting production activities

- Subcontract management experience

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site  Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 9x80 every other Friday off

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100    $208,150  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500    $184,115  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
