DTFP Intermediate Test Analyst

Summary

Venturi, LLC—A Chenega Company—offers an opportunity for an Intermediate Test Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Test Directorate, Consolidated Flight Test Organization. The role involves test planning and execution for the Space-Based Interceptor program under the TEAMS Next Test support contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

• Conduct pre-mission analysis, mission execution support, and post-mission data analyses.
• Support the development of post-flight Best‑Estimate‑Trajectories (BETs) of critical trajectory objects via integration of available truth data from telemetry, radar, and optical sources.
• Develop predictions for flight test data collection platforms.
• Perform model and data analysis including object characterization, Monte‑Carlo trajectory simulation, and trajectory data fusion to assist in post‑flight test reviews.
• Prepare and present pre‑flight and post‑flight truth data planning and results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• BA/BS in a relevant field, or 3+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Secret clearance required.

• Experience with DoD testing and test execution.
• Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) organization and Missile Defense System (MDS) designs, performance, and testing.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, Java, and/or other programming languages.

• General knowledge of industry‑standard trajectory/radar/optical prediction codes.
• Understanding of waveforms, polarizations, and applications for radar data.
