Mid-Senior Mechanical Engineer – Huntsville, AL
We are searching for a Mid
-Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team in our Huntsville, AL office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, a strong understanding of applied HVAC and plumbing systems, and a desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate.
- Support and lead the design and analysis of HVAC systems.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Contribute to proposal development.
- Participate in multidisciplinary projects across government, industrial, and corporate clients.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience (internship and professional experience included).
- PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans to obtain a PE license in the near future.
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
- Experience with HVAC system design and analysis.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and supporting proposals.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Strong ability to work well within a team, maintain a positive attitude, multi-task, and self‑motivate to produce high-quality work.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
