As a PMP Program Engineer you’ll work on a broad range of projects that will challenge you to learn and grow in your career. Working side by side with designers, test and manufacturing engineers, you’ll use your education, experience and growing expertise to develop and evaluate new and innovative technology in an advanced manufacturing environment utilizing the latest technology such as additive manufacturing and novel materials to survive in the most hostile of environments.
Responsibilities- Participate in and lead technical assignments related to a Parts, Materials and Processes in a high‑reliability missile system
- Oversee the progress and execution of galvanic assessments from LM and subcontractors
- Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks and analyze test reports
- Coordinate with team engineers, internal/subcontractor interfaces, leadership and MDA customer
- A self‑starter who develops solutions to technical issues
- A motivated individual who can work closely within a geographically dispersed team to resolve technical issues
- Someone with the ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects and timeline pressure to meet deadlines
- Someone comfortable communicating in a variety of forums
- Someone with the ability to work with management and program representatives at several levels
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders to drive project success
- Experience in Project Planning
- Experience evaluating complex data, spotting inconsistencies, and proposing sound solutions
- Experience working data analytics with Excel and creating metrics to present to key stakeholders
- Willingness/ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship
Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
- 5+ years of experience working data analytics with Excel and creating metrics to present to key stakeholders
- Ability to identify needs, prioritize work, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Experience working within EPDM
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
- Previous Project Management experience with an Engineering team
- Experience with schedule analysis, or related engineering/analytics disciplines is highly valuable
- Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering
- Active or current Secret security clearance
