FIB​/SEM Specialist Security Clearance

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee‑owned company, is seeking a skilled candidate to join our Cyber Solutions Group. The role focuses on integrated circuit (IC) failure analysis, primarily using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and focused ion beam (FIB) techniques. The successful candidate will develop failure‑analysis methodologies across a range of IC designs and technology nodes, from 300 nm down to 10 nm and smaller, configure laboratory test and measurement equipment, and operate SEMs, FIBs, and other standard failure‑analysis tools.

Additional responsibilities include documenting standard operating procedures for tools, processes, and techniques, and preparing samples for optical systems.

• Bachelor's Degree
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance
• Minimum of 5 years operating, maintaining, or servicing SEMs and FIBs
• Experience with Thermo Fisher Systems
• Experience maintaining or servicing failure‑analysis laboratory equipment
• Experience with circuit editing and sample‑preparation techniques
• Experience with IC failure analysis
• Experience with nano probing
• Experience with soldering
• Active Secret Clearance (or above)
