• 3+ years (Level3), 5+ years (Level4), or 10+ years (Level5) of relevant experience.
• Experience using EDA tools such as Mentor Graphics, Altium, PSPICE for schematic capture, PCB design, PCB layout, and circuit simulation.
• Design, test, and integrate a digital circuit card assembly (CCA).
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical) or related field; non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications acceptable.

• Expertise in CCA design and concurrent engineering / Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A).
• Hyper Lynx signal integrity and power integrity experience.
• High‑speed digital circuit design, signal integrity simulations for 100G Ethernet, DDR2/3/4, PCIe.
• Experience with PWB, rigid‑flex board, harness, and DFM.
• MS/MS degrees in Electrical/Microelectronic Engineering (MSEE, MSCE) preferred.
• Experience in aerospace design techniques, processor or FPGA SOC board design, and circuit analysis in SPICE or similar.
• Knowledge of high‑speed serial interface protocols and digital design verification/validation, including measurements.
• Mentoring ability and leadership of electrical design team.
• Experience with Siemens (formerly Mentor Graphics) Expedition Tool.

• Level3: Bachelor level education, 5+ years related work experience (or equivalent). ABET accreditation is preferred.
• Level4: Bachelor level education, 9+ years related work experience (or equivalent). ABET accreditation is preferred.
• Level5: Bachelor level education, 14+ years related work experience (or equivalent). ABET accreditation is preferred.

• Location: Huntsville, AL.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance; interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start required.
• Shift: Shift1 (United States of America).
• Relocation: Position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
• Pay Range: Level3: $112,200 – 151,800;
  Level4: $136,850 – 185,150;
  Level5: $164,900 – 223,100.
