The Effector Guidance Electronics team provides Electrical Hardware Engineering to develop Guidance System and Flight Avionics solutions for products across the Raytheon portfolio. Our team develops missile Guidance and Flight Avionics Hardware. Core engineering responsibilities include architecture, analysis, requirements, integration, and test. Core technologies include FPGA, RF/RADAR, Navigation/IMU/GPS, Digital, and Power.

• Manage a cross-functional and cross-disciplinary team of engineers through product development.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to meet project commitments.
• Manage suppliers and lead efforts in proposal development.
• Guide a team through hardware systems lifecycle phases such as design, analysis, architecture, requirement development, test planning, and root-cause failure investigations.
• Conduct peer reviews and present to internal management and government customers.
• Support multiple programs and travel, including foreign travel, when required.
• Collaborate with functional, program, customer, and supplier stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in flight avionics with electrical hardware development, subsystems, systems engineering, and requirement development or validation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in missile guidance electronics subsystems containing antennas, RF circuit cards, digital circuit cards, and configurable logic.
• Strong background in project leadership, systems engineering, architecture, and desire to advance to higher levels.
• Experience with missiles or similar systems.
• Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM).
• Knowledge of mixed-signal electronics.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive supplier commitments.
• Knowledge of DoD hardware development process and design gates.
• Practical experience in all phases of product development lifecycle.
• Experience developing proposals.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Model-Base System Engineering (MBSE).
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship required.

• Salary range: $132,400 - $251,600 USD (good-faith estimate).
