Sr. Program Analyst

This position provides program management support to multidisciplinary engineering teams executing advanced DoD programs. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder engagement, while maintaining sufficient technical depth to effectively interface with engineering teams and customers.

The successful candidate will support programs focused on the development and transition of innovative missile technologies, including hypersonics, missile defense, and high-speed tactical systems. Technical familiarity in areas such as thermal protection systems, advanced materials, aerothermal environments, manufacturing, and hardware integration will enable effective coordination across teams, though the primary focus will be program execution support rather than technical ownership.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate across engineering, leadership, customers, and external partners.

• Support program managers and technical leads in planning, executing, and monitoring complex engineering projects.
• Develop, maintain, and track integrated master schedules (IMS) and program milestones.
• Facilitate coordination between engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and test facilities.
• Track program performance, identify risks, and assist in developing and maintaining risk mitigation plans.
• Support preparation of programmatic and technical briefings, status reports, and customer deliverables.
• Assist with test planning coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation for test events.
