Grimm Co is seeking a Lead Test Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to support hardware development programs. The ideal candidate will oversee planning and execution of environmental and EMC/EMI tests according to military standards (MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461). A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics and 5+ years of military hardware testing experience are required. The position demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.

Office and field environment with travel required.
