is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Test & Evaluation Analyst position.

• Supporting Test Requirements and Analysis government Program Office lead
• Provide System Engineering analysis in areas of requirements derivation, requirements to test objective traceability, integrated master test plan, test readiness reviews, test reporting
• Support programmatic decisions with technical analysis by providing courses of action and recommendations
• Plan, support, facilitate and execute various systems engineering reviews requiring test and evaluation input on behalf of the government Program Office

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Candidate must have one of the following: 20+ years of experience in Missile Defense or in large DoD Acquisition programs and BS degree OR 12+ years of applicable experience with MS degree
• DoD SECRET security clearance is required.
• Must have experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.

• Documented test and evaluation experience in aerospace industry, missile defense preferred.
• A degree in a STEM related field is highly desired.
