Design Verification Lead
Location:
Huntsville, AL / Richmond, VA
Seeking an experienced Design Verification Lead to support the construction and startup of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring facility, equipment, utility, automation, and process designs meet GMP, regulatory, and operational requirements.

- Lead design verification activities for facility and process systems
- Review and approve engineering and vendor documents
- Develop DV plans, protocols, reports, and traceability matrices
- Support risk-based qualification and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate FAT/SAT and vendor technical reviews
- Review facility layouts, material flow, personnel flow, and warehouse designs
