* ** Primary Responsibilities*
* + Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for PCBA and Electro-Mechanical Processes
+ Create and maintain detailed work instructions for production PCBA and Electro-Mechanical Processes.
+ Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Design, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
+ Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools.
+ Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) and process validation efforts.
** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 4-8 years of prior relevant work experience or a Masters degree with 2-6 years or prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED with 8 years of experience will be considered.
+ Minimum of
** 5 years of experience in an electronics*
* ** manufacturing environment** .
+ Candidate must be a U.S Citizen and hae to ability obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance
+ Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or will to relocate to the area
+ Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team.
+ Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Strong background in PCBA or Electro-Mechanical Assembly.
+ Process development and production support of PCBA or Electro-Mechanical Assembly
+
Experience with Solumina, Windchill, MES systems, and Solid Works or other CAD software.
+ Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives.
