You will be a member of multidisciplinary engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of missile flight simulation systems. Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis. You will contribute to the completion of all stages of product development (CCA through systems level), and will be responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of your assigned projects.

You will be expected to act, either as part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Electrical engineering design experience to include electronic design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test environments from the circuit card level up to a full system.
• Experience with electrical engineering design and analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic and/or Xilinx Vivado.
• Experience with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers and/or Power Meters.
• Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics.

• Bid and proposal experience.
• Working knowledge of computer architecture and computer hardware optimization techniques.
• Ability to utilize existing designs as a starting point to interface with new units under test (UUTs) and UUT configurations when necessary.
• Experience with troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Practical knowledge of project management.
• Experience with architecture design.
• Leading large multi‑disciplinary teams to include tasking responsibility.
• Budget responsibility.

Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

Relocation offered based on eligibility.
