C3BM Principal Systems Engineer; MDA

MDR is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts, engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2

BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multinational exchange designs.

• Participate in systems and software engineering meetings, presenting product development updates, providing technical analysis, failure review summaries, and making actionable recommendations.
• Provide direct support to the lead for C2
  
  BMC algorithm development efforts.
• Lead tasking and provide technical systems analysis of Sensor Resource Management/Battle Management (SRM/BM) for C2
  
  BMC.
• Provide daily support to C2
  
  BMC Spiral and Agile Development and the C2
  
  BMC Product Integration Team (PIT) in all system-level performance assessment, verification, and validation activities associated with C2
  
  BMC mission application development.
• Represent MDA/BC in product peer reviews, system design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR), and prime contractor Agile Development workflow meetings as required to support C2
  
  BMC development, integration, test, and operations.

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in STEM
• Active Secret clearance
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
