Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher from an ABET-accredited Engineering program (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, RF, Software, or related discipline)

Experience with Systems Engineering tools such as IBM DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB, Windchill, Creo, or similar MBSE/requirements management platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) --

* Extensive Systems Engineering experience supporting requirements development and decomposition, Interface Control Document (ICD) development, system integration, verification, validation, test planning, execution, and participation in major design reviews across complex aerospace or defense programs.
Hands-on experience utilizing Systems Engineering tools including requirements management, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), CAD, configuration management, and modeling platforms such as DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB, Windchill, Creo, or equivalent tools.
Strong background supporting system design, integration, and testing across multidisciplinary engineering environments including electrical, mechanical, RF, propulsion, software, or other complex subsystem development efforts.
Proven ability to independently support executive leadership and customer briefings while coordinating cross-functional engineering activities, preparing technical data packages, and driving program execution in fast-paced defense environments.

* Experienced leading Systems Engineering activities within highly dynamic, customer-facing aerospace and defense programs, balancing multiple priorities while independently solving complex technical challenges and driving engineering efforts to completion.
Collaborates closely with Certified Principal Engineers (CPEs), hardware designers, subsystem engineers, manufacturing, and program leadership to ensure mission requirements, interfaces, and technical baselines are successfully achieved.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical data, resolve system-level integration issues, formulate practical engineering solutions, and execute programs with demanding schedules and evolving requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with experience supporting executive reviews, customer presentations, technical interchange meetings, and major program reviews across multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
