The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced System Test Engineer Lead to direct SEIT efforts for the Sapphire program. You will own test strategy, planning, execution, and closure across lab, ground, and flight environments, coordinating with IT, engineering, and stakeholders.
Lead a multidisciplinary test team, establish labs and data analysis capabilities, ensure DO-178C/DO-254 and MIL-STD compliance, and communicate status to senior leadership.
