• In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems for clients in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, energy, and aerospace
• Ideal candidates are innovative thinkers with a strong foundation in CAD, FEA, and product lifecycle design, as well as practical problem-solving abilities
• Design and optimize mechanical components and systems using CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Conduct simulations and analysis (FEA, thermal, stress, etc.) to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and project managers
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation including BOMs, technical drawings, and design specifications
• Support prototyping, testing, and iteration cycles
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements
• Provide input on cost reduction, sustainability, and system efficiency enhancements
