We are seeking a highly experienced Integrated Air and Missile Defense T&E Subject Matter Expert with diverse expertise in the acquisition and test of integrated military systems of systems made up of sensors, effectors, and command and control components. In this role you will directly support government leaders at the Program Manager level and higher. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of progressive experience in Department of War acquisition programs, including missile defense systems, counter-UAS systems, and rapid prototyping.

You will engage high-level stakeholders across multiple services and will author and present PM-level communications covering programmatic and technical topics. You must thrive in environments with little written direction and dynamically changing constraints.

• Serve as an IAMD Test and Evaluation SME in direct support of Golden Dome for America.
• Provide programmatic and technical knowledge that is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the greater mission context, DoW systems development processes, and stakeholder roles and requirements to ensure concepts, ideas, and expectations are communicated accurately and effectively among all stakeholders.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with both technical stakeholders and strategic/political stakeholders, including industry partners, all military services, and relevant combatant commands.
• Identify and communicate risks in system test plans and schedules.
• Liaise with space test organizations and test ranges.
• Support management of cost/schedule/performance trades for multiple products and systems.
• Travel to stakeholder engagements and testing and fielding locations.

• BS or BA degree
• 15+ years of progressive experience in DoW operations and acquisitions
• 5+ years of experience in IAMD systems
• Must have an in-scope DoD Top Secret security clearance

• Experience with Missile Defense Agency
• Experience with DoW test and evaluation organizations and processes
• Experience with system-of-systems integration
