Job SummaryA Senior Electronics/Electrical Engineer designs, develops, tests, and oversees the manufacturing of electrical printed circuit boards (PCBs), analog and digital circuits, electronic equipment, sensors, motors, radar, and navigation systems. The engineer develops the architecture, designs circuits, performs simulations, physical layout, verifies, and tests designs throughout their life-cycle to support planning, design, test, deployment, and sustainment.
Responsibilities- Translate project and system requirements into well‑defined hardware architectures working with cross‑functional teams.
- Innovatively solve issues, drive project completion to schedule, and collaborate with other technical contributors.
- Build, debug, and test prototypes and deliverable hardware.
- Prepare documentation for manufacturing and provide continuous support.
- Research and enable innovative solutions for cutting‑edge designs.
- Engage other engineers and partners to develop reliable, cost‑effective end solutions for products.
- Drive solutions to complex problems with limited direction – contribute to requirements development, propose ways forward, and adapt appropriately to changes in requirements.
- Independently perform complex electronic architectures and designs.
- Manage tasks with multiple cross‑functional members and effectively communicate status to project leadership and customers.
- Mentor less experienced teammates and provide constructive feedback.
- Support business development and proposal activities.
- Proficiency in electronic design.
- Ability to write detailed design specifications.

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5‑10 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

US base salary range: $82,300.00 – $. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
