Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and support complex aviation programs, with a focus on CH-47 (Chinook) platforms. This individual will serve as a key interface between subcontractor teams, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders, while also playing a strategic role in business development and growth initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical program execution with the ability to identify, pursue, and expand new opportunities within DoD aviation programs. A US Secret Clearance is mandatory for starting.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience preferred working in the defense and aerospace
- Mechanical or Electrical background
- Experience managing aviation programs - preferred to have managed a full CH47 program
- Engineer with aviation, maintenance test pilot, or aviation maintenance background
- Managing programs from capture to completion - developing SOW, managing subcontractors, and keeping programs on schedule
- Business Development background - working with government customers to find and grow business
- Background with technical writing in proposals
- Active US Secret Clearance
