The engineering assistant role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

• Testing & Maintenance:
  Operate, calibrate, and diagnose electronic components and systems using schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
• ESS Operations:
  Set up, profile, and operate environmental stress screening (ESS) equipment, managing the interface between hardware and software.
• Technical Analysis:
  Perform complex fault isolation and apply non-standard test techniques to resolve intricate system issues.
• Engineering Support:
  Provide technical guidance to engineers on prototype development, modify test equipment to meet customer requirements, and conduct root-cause evaluations for corrective action.
• Documentation:
  Develop operational procedures, recommend method improvements, and prepare detailed technical reports.

This nature of this position requires the individual to be 100% on-site.
