Jobtailor is seeking a senior spacecraft thermal engineer to lead a cross-functional team responsible for the thermal subsystem of the vehicle. You will baseline new concepts, mature design definitions, and support DFX activities to ensure on-time, within-cost delivery.
You will develop and maintain the IMS and EAC, establish robust team processes, and delegate technical authority to leads while coaching early and mid-career engineers.
