- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts.
- Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design.
- Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model.
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
- Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration).
- The candidate will have experience in generation or review of design artifacts to support System Safety analyses utilized in maturing weapons system design for safety and support flight test and flight worthiness of complex systems.
- Bachelors in Science in a STEM field and at least 8 years of related experience; OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master's degree
- Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Program Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Experience managing cost, schedule and performance of large government technical statements of work
- Experienced in system safety MIL-STD-882E (or similar) technical teams on large complex systems
- Experience with AFSPCMAN 91-710, RCC 319-14, and/or RCC 324-11
- U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Special Program Access
