The Electrical Component Technologies Department is looking for individuals to support the circuit card design process, turning designs into robust and reliable reality. Individuals will interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop high‑quality producible designs. Team members will be exposed to all phases of the circuit card lifecycle from development through production and will present their findings through program design reviews.

- Expose to all phases of the circuit card lifecycle from development through production and present findings through program design reviews.
- Evaluate risk and verification data packages that support component selections and provide justification to program customers.
- Identify parts to be included on the preferred parts list.
- Drive usage of standardized parts.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate obsolescence issues.
- Identify solutions to meet customer component requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: circuit design, circuit analysis, digital electronics, analog circuits, power design, RF design or printed circuit board design.
- Technical working knowledge of electronic components (e.g., semiconductor, passive and/or electromechanical commodities) and their application.
- Board layout experience of single and multi‑lamination boards.
- PCB manufacturing and circuit card assembly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively multi‑task.
57,200 USD – 108,800 USD (range based on experience).
