Test Engineering Internship, Undergraduate

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Blue engineering teams on projects in support of business units

• Gain hands‑on test experience

• Design, analysis, test planning, and operation of test systems for testing fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC, and electronic systems

• Some projects will involve working at a test stand and will include working at heights

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining
• Completed at least one year of full‑time coursework post high school graduation
• Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Blue Origin's mission
• Desired:
  Test environment experience, Fluid Mechanics, thermodynamics and/or propulsion systems, Component test, FEA, CFD, MATLAB or Simulink, Programming languages including Python, C/ C++
