Huntsville, AL Salary Range: $45.00 - $55.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits) Security Clearance:
Active Secret DoD clearance or above.

Job Description:

Helps lead the team in developing hardware in the loop test system designs, working from concepts created by our industry partners and maturing them to manufacturable solutions that are delivered on time. Must be able to manage a team of engineers and technicians engineering electrical interconnects for the hardware in the loop design system while providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the directions of the chief engineers and program management team.

Creates and sustains a positive collaborative environment where designs are properly reviewed, status is maintained, designs meet requirements for both performance and schedule. Work will be done in both an office environment and a lab environment, with some lab environment work being performed in a closed space. Must Have
