The role involves developing high‑fidelity models and simulations for missile systems, supporting weapon system integration, performance assessments, and missile‑performance analysis.

• Develop and refine system simulations, which include physics‑based models
• Perform simulation‑based performance analysis to support software updates and system improvements
• Analyze flight test data to verify and improve simulation accuracy
• Support studies to assess operational effectiveness of weapon systems
• Work with missile software and platform integration teams to ensure simulations reflect missile system realities
• Generate briefings and technical reports to communicate system effectiveness
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• 5-12 years of related technical experience
• Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S)
• Ability to program in structured software languages
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
• Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC), Radar Sensors, or weapon performance modeling preferred
• Experience with MATLAB, C++, and Python preferred
• Strong foundation in modeling & simulation, physics, aerospace engineering, or related discipline
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings clearly
• Familiarity with test processes and VV&A standards a plus
• U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance and ability to maintain the designated security clearance level required

Employees in this position will function in a general office/cubicle setting environment and laboratory/testing setting using standard office equipment and various electronic testing equipment. Work may include telework, shift work, and occasional travel to meet business demands. Protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and footwear may be required.
